To verify sellers, we collect identity and business details, including your BVN, through our banking partner. We also collect information about how you use the platform, such as your orders, device, and location, where you allow it.

We use your information to create and manage your account, process orders and payments, verify your identity, deliver your items, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve our services. We may send you updates about your orders and, where you agree, news and offers.
3. How we share your information
We share only what is needed to provide the service. Sellers receive the delivery information needed to fulfil an order. Logistics partners receive the address needed for delivery. Our banking partner receives the details needed to process payments and verify identity. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Keeping your data safe
We use security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as the law requires after that, for example for tax, accounting, and regulatory reasons.
6. Your rights
Under the NDPA, you have the right to access your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to certain uses. To make a request, email us using the contact details below. Some data may be kept where the law requires it.
