Welcome to Harrena. These Terms govern your use of the Harrena Marketplace and its services. By creating an account, listing products, buying, or selling on Harrena, you agree to these Terms.
Harrena Marketplace is operated by Harrena Africa Synergy Ltd (RC 8309351), a company registered in Nigeria with its office at A20, Iredapo Quarters, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Payments on Harrena are processed through HarrenaPay.
1. Who can use Harrena
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legal contract under Nigerian law. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
2. Your account
You may use Harrena as a buyer, a seller, or both. Sellers must complete identity and business verification before they can receive payouts. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms, provides false information, or is used for fraud.
3. How buying and selling works
When a buyer places an order, the payment is held safely by HarrenaPay. We do not release the money to the seller until the buyer confirms the order was delivered, or until the dispute window closes without a complaint. This protects both sides.
4. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must describe products honestly, list accurate prices, and only sell items they are allowed to sell under Nigerian law. Sellers are responsible for the quality of their products and for dispatching orders on time. Counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe items are not allowed.
5. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide a correct delivery address and accept delivery in good faith. Confirming delivery releases payment to the seller, so only confirm once you have received your order and checked it.
6. Fees
Harrena may charge fees for using the platform and for processing payments. Current fees are shown before you complete a transaction. We may change our fees and will give notice before changes take effect.
7. Delivery
Delivery is handled by logistics partners. Delivery fees are paid to the logistics partner and are separate from the product price. Once an item has been shipped, the delivery fee is not refundable.
8. Disputes
If something goes wrong with an order, you can open a dispute within the dispute window shown on your order. Our team will review the order and any evidence and decide a fair outcome. Our decision is based on the information available to us.
9. Things you must not do
You must not use Harrena to break the law, sell prohibited items, mislead other users, interfere with the platform, or attempt to bypass HarrenaPay to avoid buyer protection.
10. Our liability
We work hard to keep Harrena safe and available, but we provide the platform "as is." We are not liable for losses caused by sellers, buyers, logistics partners, or events outside our control, except where the law says otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here. Continuing to use Harrena means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
